- Drives annual marketing plan for new brand / product in greater China market; Provide strategic insight to develop brand programs to market ready state; Gains cross functional and management alignment and supports front line execution of consumer initiatives.

- Manage the whole process of ideation, consumer test and commercialization
- Understand trends, consumer insights, competitive dynamics and market research data, , and more to arrive at new business concepts
- Identify, evaluate and execute new product and new packaging initiatives
- Manage new product platform P&L and adjust plans, programs and activities as necessary to ensure P&L targets are achieved
- Collaborate with brand owners and PBB team in designing launch target, marketing mix and communication strategy
- Ensure performance excellence through the commercialization of new product introductions completed on strategy, within the timeline and within budget


- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
- Consumer insights and strategy background highly desirable
- Strong track record in leveraging consumer insights to develop and launch new product innovations
- Demonstrated success in developing and deploying national marketing programs to achieve both equity and volume growth
- Ability to develop creative and cut-through marketing campaigns across channels and medium to achieve brand objectives
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills to work with Global, Region, Area and MU teams to deploy brand strategies and programs
- Sound Knowledge of beverage business fundamentals and franchise model
