Process Simplification Lead has the objective to facilitate the simplification of the Central Europe and Greater Balkans Business Unit process portfolio to meet growth and savings targets.
The position is focused on Operational/Project Management for identification of most burdensome processes & enabling their simplification. His or her work includes all elements of portfolio and project management, stakeholder management as well as workshop facilitation with varying proportions & intensity of each over time.

Scope of the role includes:

  • Identification and maintaining roadmap of processes to simplify, supported by meaningful insights and analysis
  • Leading process simplification projects from identification to future state stage and ensure implementation
This role requires from the person to adjust methods and tools to the specifics of Market Units and complexity of the projects based on his/her own judgement as well as properly manage key stakeholders.

This position will require 25% of time at business travel.


  • Experience in leading process improvement projects, in both operational and/or transactional environment (proven track of completed projects) + Ability to drive implementation of agreed solutions
  • Experience in facilitating problem solving workshops
  • Experienced in business project management and change management and/or other similar related competencies
  • Must be a results-oriented 'change agent' who is an effective business systems thinker.
  • Interfacing well with groups from different functions and levels, sometimes with conflicting agenda/priorities - able to work in matrix organization & with a network of various stakeholders
  • Influencing skills - able to align and motivate site leaders and manufacturing directors to support the projects, provide resource, time etc.
  • Well capable of multi-tasking to manage more than one project at the same time
  • Cross-cultural thinking? · Strong cross-cultural skills to build proper partnership and be able to resolve conflicting interests
  • Good presentation skills both written and oral
  • Lean/LSS practitioner
