Job Description

  • Promotional Strategy developed within context of SBP NRR objectives & channel / account trends
  • Strategic analysis of promotional performance
  • Aligned with Category Management initiatives
  • Channel & account level optimisation targets set
  • Dealing guardrails iterated and maintained
  • Guidance to accounts on optimal calendar ‘tiles’
  • Support customer sell in, set high level KPIs
  • PROMOTION Management : Contribute to recommend and implement the promotional strategy ( GOC), assess the costs & ROI by events (TPR, NIP) :
  • Work with cross-functional team to establish promotion strategy of each category
  • Analysis of promo ROI, with CDM, insight, commercial teams to recommend promo guidelines.
  • Watch competitors move and recommend action plans
  • Establish a promo profitability KPI & monthly tracking & evaluation.
  • Track the promo expenses : TPR & NIPS
  • PROMOTION TOOL UPDATE & UPGRADE : management of a project manager
  • Update the datas : listing prices, skus creations…
  • Tracking scorecard update to increase data accuracy
  • Upgrade the tool to better support the organization needs : 2018 projects : integrate IRI datas to monitorate sell in vs sell out…
  • Promo tool training for sales teams


  • Minimum of 6-7 years critical experience in FMCG industry, preference of category management and insight /finance experience
  • Experience in Cat Man, Inight and commercial finance preferred
  • First class financial analytical skills: ability to synthesize vast amounts of data from internal and external sources, see the broader picture and simplify into meaningful insights and key messages to shape future strategy and decision making
  • Strong communication skills: clear, effective and persuasive communication skills;
  • Strong leadership skills: ability to work with and influence
  • Positive and “Can Do” attitude / strong adaptability
  • Able to work beyond boundaries
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Intellectual curiosity to drive the detailed understanding of business performance, decision making and communication
  • Comfortable in embracing cross functions and matrix
