Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of SAP Project Systems (PS) for all Quaker, Gatorade, Juice+ marketing projects, including project set-up, monitoring of A&M expense and project settlement.
  • Responsible for the Quaker, Gatorade, Juice+ A&M accounting close, including the corresponding sales curves, FIFO, reconciliations and reporting.
  • Partner with BU Finance, Marketing, Production Support, PCNA Control and Global Procurement to implement best practices across divisions and provide solutions to issues as they arise.
  • Lead the year end A&M process, including training and assistance to BU Finance and Budget Coordinators, and reviewing all accruals and prepaids for completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage the accounting and reporting of all POS inventory and provide regular guidance to global procurement, sales and marketing teams, and key vendors.
  • Lead regular and ad hoc A&M analytic requests, including balance sheet reviews, accrual and FIFO reviews, sales curve cause of change, year end macro calculation and other ad hoc requests.
  • Provide assistance with the Quaker, Gatorade, Juice+ coupon, samples, and sports marketing contract processes.
  • Support the weekly coupon payment process.
  • Lead annual Project Systems maintenance efforts
  • Participate in Project Systems leadership calls and discussions, as a subject matter expert for Project Systems as it relates to A&M.
  • Responsible for managing one direct report.


  • 4+ years of Accounting related experience (CPA would be considered a plus)
  • Experience with SAP and the BW reporting systems
  • Superior analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced matrix organization
  • Ability to adapt quickly & maintain flexibility with regard to ad-hoc projects, revisions to areas of responsibility and organizational change
