LATAM Data Track Lead

What you'll do:
As the LATAM Data Track Lead you will be responsible for supporting the ISCP project with the Data governance and Data quality for all Master and Planning Data in all of LATAM MUs going from defining governance, standard methodologies, policies, validations and deploying trainings to end users making systemic and periodic erroneous data purges in order to ensure a clean data input, essential for a good planning exercise in template tool.
You will assume the SAP expertise in the PepsiCo LATAM operations, mainly for the Master and Transactional data that eventually the ISCP platform will require.
The main Responsibilities are:
Data Quality and Maintenance

  1. Provides SAP expertise & ensure overall Master and Planning data governance, in line and aligned with overall enterprise data governance program.
  2. Responsible for data quality validation procedures automation.
  3. Defines and leads the implementation of data quality program including data quality rules, process, and tools to monitor and report data quality
  4. Monitors data quality achievements, performance indicators and executes data quality improvements.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Computer/Data Engineering, or related field)
  • Proven strong thinking/ problem solving skills - able to timely identify and remove obstacles to progress
  • Considerable experience in running data quality programs, business analysis, developing standards, processes, specifications and policies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to develop capability of others and build working relationships spanning several organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently across multiple geographies and categories
  • Collaboration & Influencing Skills
  • Recognized expert in Data quality and data risk management expertise, including understanding of standards, methods, processes, tools, and controls
  • Expert understanding and ability to lead effective data management across integrated SC planning systems, SAP & JDA preferred and connection to other IT systems
  • Fluent in English
  • 5-8 years of Supply Planning or other high data usage systems
Skills:
  • Track record of being able to drive multi-functional support to deliver results on time.
  • Able to articulate and call out hurdles quickly and keep driving the projects forward.
  • Collaboration/matrix management
  • Understands and manages key business drivers
  • High integrity: won’t compromise values to get results
  • SAP expertise over Pepsico Operations
