Job Description

This position will be accountable for the overall administrative support for the Whse and Traffic. The full-time position with benefits will work a 40 hour work starting Tuesday morning through Saturday morning. The hours of work will be from 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Hours may flex to accommodate the demands imposed by meetings, audits and training. The admin position will report to the Warehouse Manager.


Coordinate between Warehouse and Traffic Functions
Productivity Updates (Posting shift performance twice a shift)
Attending Run Right Walls
Research Adjustments
Inventory Prep / Input Physical Inventory
Manifest Shipments
PPT Reconciliation
Organize Force Shipments
Load Prioritization
Process Incoming Orders
Help Promote Green KPM at Wall Meetings
Update and maintain various spreadsheets
In Bound & Logistics
Assist with Dispatching Duties
Field all on-call calls during the shift as well as to aid with any delivers/DC/driver issues
Monitor weekly stales reports
Pull Warehouse Move gap reports twice a week
Create picklists
Produce nightly reports
ICS help/problem solving
Warehouse Crewing
PIT Program owner
Part-time hour tracking
Updating warehouse scorecard-publishing and maintaining communication
FIG (Finished Goods Inventory) backfill
