Job Description

  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations (including intercompany accounts)
  • Reconcile intracompany activity between QTG, primary contact between QTG and Frito
  • Assist with all P schedules by required deadline
  • Prepare the periodic intercompany Suncore matching activities to Corporate with identification of items over specified thresholds and documentation of plans to resolve
  • Present intercompany matching report to Senior Leadership
  • Assist with the transfer price elimination for international locations
  • Ensure all Sarbanes Oxley procedures are performed, documented, and retained in compliance with each corresponding test script
  • A contact for all QTG intercompany cross charges

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
  • 3+ years accounting experience
  • Strong analytical skills and process improvement orientation
  • Solid Problem Solving Capabilities
  • Cross functional abilities
  • Demonstrate appropriate leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new applications
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong organization and communication skills
