This position main responsibility will be answering phones and greeting visitors at the Latham, NY location and general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying documents.
  • Processing invoices, orders and reports and distributing daily mail and shipments.
  • Processing customer donations, tracking inventories and ordering office supplies and
  • Supporting the location with special projects and tasks as needed
  • Daily interaction with all functional teams
  • Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism on a daily basis

Qualifications/Requirements

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 + years of experience in administrative support in a consumer goods environment
  • Prior experience with cash handling/banking
  • Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, Strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
