Job Description

Main Purpose :

  • New Business Development in Away from Home subchannels (also called Foodservice/On Premise) like Airport operators, Airlines, Hotel chains, Restaurant chains
  • Signing up TOTs (Terms of Trade) /agreements for new accounts and commercializing business with the bottler to deliver annual volume/value objective within the budgeted cost
  • Deliver the annual Joint business plan for existing large customers by aligning internal and external stakeholders across the system – marketing; bottler - supply chain; finance; franchisees; equipment team
Accountabilities :
  • Deliver channel AoP volume with existing and new accounts
  • Enhance Pepsico presence and execute marketing calendar to deliver beverage incidence increase in marquee customers
  • Build & execute wiring template with the bottler & anchor Top to Top meetings for key customers
  • Lead customer negotiations & new product listings for Pepsico portfolio – CSDs, Juices, Water, Ice tea category
  • TOT governance & compliance



  • Conduct insight and innovation sessions for key customers
  • 4-8 years of Sales experiences including On Premise & Key Account handling experience
  • Strong negotiation skills; ability to work across hierarchies internally and externally
  • MBA – Sales & Marketing
  • Ability to identify and leverage opportunities in specified areas; P&L skills
  • Strong inter-personal skills, ability to form relationships quickly
