What does the internship involve?
PepsiCo BeLux is looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Administration Analyst intern to join the Finance and Control team based in Zaventem as of November 2019 for a period of 6 months.
Broadly, your job will involve:
Preparing year-end closings:
Receiving and processing of customer invoices
Assisting with the year-end provisions for customer investments
Future planning regarding invoices, making estimations of the invoices that PepsiCo receives per customer and category
Review and analysis of processes in collaboration with the Trade Terms manager and propose corrective actions if necessary
Beginning of the year:
Assisting in setting up condition structures
Calculating discount percentage
Entering these in the systems
Assisting with dispute management
E.g.: if customers do not agree with the invoice
Closing the end-of-year positions
Assist in commercial contract administration and sign-off
Ad hoc requests

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is ambitious & result focused and has strong communication skills, coupled with sharp analytical ability. So if you are someone who:
has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar with an affinity in Finance or Accounting;
is fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus);
is familiar with Microsoft software packages: Excel, Power Point, Word, Microsoft Outlook;
has knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (is a plus, not necessary);
has strong analytical skills, is diligent and service oriented;
can work against deadlines;
can show a high level of pro-activity; driven; enthusiastic and high energy level;
has the ability to navigate in a digital work environment;
