Job Description

  • Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity
  • Collect sales records & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas
  • Analyze line of business operations (product lines, stores, etc.) to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action and operational changes
  • Develop models and reporting structure that identify costs (by function, process, fixed, variable) per unit (store, order, script, other) and identify a baseline for action
  • Provide comprehensive analysis using a variety of enterprise-wide applications (e.g., querying, scorecards, drill-through and drill-down capabilities)
  • Co-ordinate the complete sales reporting for all sales channels (Key Accounts, Regional Sales, Vehicle Navigation and Data Products)
  • Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance
  • Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Business Planning, and Product Management
  • Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives
  • Communicate results to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations
  • Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunity and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization and probability modeling. Track sales key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Act as a territorial Coordinator for the iSales system - a key user and expert system
  • Keep updating the sales customer base, routes, data, order tracking. Add a new POS in the route plans of the sales representatives. Provide the sales representatives with the route plans and other documents required to operate on the route. Control the correctness of the data and indicators on routes.


  • Higher education preferably in economics, business administration, math or any other technical field
  • 1+ year working experience on similar analytical roles preferably in FMCG companies
  • Strong command of MS Excel, MS PPT
  • Fluent in Georgian, English and Russian languages
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong communication and organizational / planning skills;
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Pro-active and result-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving and changing environment
