Job Description

This role is accountable for managing our customer relationship with the three key customers in Caricam: Walmart Central America, Pricesmart and Subway. This is a team leadership role, managing 4 direct reports and leading our customers agenda, managing trading investment and securing customer activities with the Join Business Plan (JBP) and annual agreements:
• Leads collaborative partnerships with 3 key retail customers (Walmart CAM, Pricesmart Caricam and Subway), establishes advantaged partnerships, delivers key commercial objectives, and drives transformational change
• Leads, manages and negotiates PepsiCo’s annual plans for Frito Lay and Quaker (Pepsico Foods). We are aiming to accelerate growth and NOPBT with this role as follows:

  • Walmart CAM Estimated annual sales: From $ 40 MM to US $50 MM
  • Pricesmart Caricam total estimated annual sales: from US $10 MM to $12 MM
  • Subway (GT, HN, SV, NI, PN, CR) estimates annual sales: US $ 4.0MM to $4.5 MM


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering / MBA a plus
  • English: fluent professional 100% - write & speak
  • 5-7 yrs of experience in Latam/Region in CPG Company managing key accounts at regional / multi-level in Central America and the Caribbean
  • Experience in Multinational Consumer Package Goods (CPG) Companies
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of channel key profit levers
  • Ability to understand how value is created for consumers and retailers
  • Able to work in matrix organization with strong influence skills to drive multi-countries agendas
  • Able to build impactful presentations for senior audience with the right story telling, data analysis & connection.
  • Build winning relationship, influence others to act and networks to achieve results
