This role will be accountable for the success of the Joint Business Planning Process for all OT Strategic Accounts in Caricam & building capabilities to the MU KAMs in order to accelerate growth, gain market share and deliver superior Customer Satisfaction
- Professional / Bachelor degree / MBA a plus
- English: fluent professional.
- 5-7 yrs of experience in Latam/Region in CPG Company.
- Understanding and experience of JBP and strategic selling with our key global customers (Walmart&Pricesmart) and any other CAM local strategic account (Unisuper/Selectos/La Colonia/Automercado/Super 99/Extra/Machetazo/Ramos/CCN)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of channel key profit levers
- Ability to understand how value is created for consumers and retailers
- Able to work in matrix organization with strong influence skills to drive multi-countries agendas
- Able to build impactful presentations for senior audience with the right story telling, data analysis & connection.
- Build winning relationship, influence others to act and networks to achieve results
