Job Description

The Sr Coordinator will support 2 VP's of Beyond the Bottle as well as the VP of Global Venturing along with their respective teams. This role supports unique areas of the business that deal with a high level of complicated travel needs, external agency and consultant interactions and high-profile event planning along with the daily needs of the local team in Purchase, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendars and travel itineraries for two VP’s as well as provide secondary support for their teams.
  • Plan international/domestic travel
  • Manage communications through phone, email and mail
  • Manage, prepare and submit all expense reports in a proactive and timely fashion and ensure proper documentation
  • Manage all invoice payments in a timely manner
  • Schedule large and small team meetings, including high profile annual off-site meeting with external partners
  • Maintain organizational charts, phone lists, email distribution lists and other team information
  • Handle logistics for executive meetings and sampling events for PepsiCo Executives as well as Board of Director Meetings
