Job Description

  • Payroll associate for the site hourly frontline-team members, Kronos owner
  • Completion of pay edits, job bid changes, payroll JEs as needed
  • Audit timecards and overtime
  • Ensuring SAG and SOX compliance for payroll
  • Document and track attendance for the site team members
  • Monitor employee attendance, vacation, sick
  • Track and provide feedback on missing punches

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment, with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Appropriate handling of confidential information is a MUST
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • No attendance or job performance contacts (for internal candidates)
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Demonstrates adaptability to added tasks and responsibilities determined by changing business environment
  • Perform other job duties as assigned, including the flexibility to work OT when necessary
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
