Job Description

  • Provide legal service and consultancy for matters related to the organization
  • Monitor the updates of laws, regulations, and rules affecting the organization, and provide necessary legal advice accordingly
  • Responsible for corporate secretarial requirements, such as general assembly meetings, board of directors’ resolutions
  • Provide legal guidance and advice for writing and reviewing all the organization contracts and agreements. Draft and negotiate contracts when necessary
  • Carry out litigation processes
  • Ensure that the legal services provided by the Company from external sources are carried out and coordinated, in particular, in the litigation and enforcement proceedings
  • Represent the company in courts and related public institutions where necessary
  • Support trainings relating to legal affairs

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University degree from a reputable law faculty

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience with minimum 2 years of legal experience as a lawyer

  • Experience on litigation, arbitration, enforcement, commercial, contracts, employment and contract drafting and negotiations

  • No restriction to travel

  • Previous in-house or an international law office experience is an asset

  • Excellent command of written and spoken legal English

  • Strong reporting skills

  • Strong communication, time-management, negotiation, organization and representing skills

  • Good at multi functional work

  • Having high commercial consciousness and proactive thinking

  • Strong strategic/analytic thinking & high level of judgement and writing skills
