Job Description

  • Achieving profit target for the DC by running the DC as a mini business unit through the driving of sales whilst controlling costs
  • Development and motivation of the FLSL’s with the purpose of achieving sales through sound business values
  • Manage assets with the assistant from sales support staff
  • Ensuring effective distribution of product to all outlets, to achieve customer satisfaction at all times
  • Achieve customer compliancy rate weekly as per company standard
  • Lead and direct team to achieve net objectives on a monthly basis
  • Instil a performance management culture
  • Achieve all KPIs

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Business related diploma (sales, marketing, business management)
  • 3-5 years Managerial experience in FMCG environment
  • Valid Code 10 license with valid PDP license advantageous
