- Provide support to sales head on Sales system, and reporting to prepare Sales report and sales performance/opportunities to enable sales-related plan development and execution.
- Support GTM team in sales and market data analysis, and build IDT channel 2nd sales and stock data visibility
- Provide regular & customized Sales report & analysis for Sales Management team to track Sales performance & identify Sales opportunities on regular basis.
- Build & maintain Sales data infrastructure with SAP, DIS and BIS team to enable effective & efficient Sales data access.
- Build Sales and market data structure & capability
- Act as single focal point for Sales team to interface with other functions on Sales data/report to enable better sales-related plan development & execution.

Work Relationships:
- GTM team – provide sales, Nielsen market share/ND/WD, RPM report and analysis
- Trade marketing - IDT related promotion tracking and analysis
- Insight team - co-work for market trends
- BIS team - Deliver business requirement to technical team and support system development
- Field Sales Data analyst – monthly/weekly – coaching on RPM system
- Vendor – SAP, DIS for Sales data & system development & maintenance.
- Consultant - Market share, ND, WD data visibility and understanding


- University graduate or above
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in Sales planning, demand forecast & reporting role.
- Good business acumen and analytical skill.
- Strong communicator with strong follow up.
- Able to train, coach & develop talent & work with other functions
- Strong command of Mandarin & English
- Proficiency in SAP, i2, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
