Job Description

  • Track the Regional Operational instore Deployment of POS from non-working (in DC) to working (In the Market Place)
  • Provide field sales action plan tracking vs timeline to ensure timely world class execution.
  • Support commercial teams with execution of trade shows to engage customers to our brands and plans
  • Provide collated information from internal and external sources to support the Shopper Marketing Manager and National Operations Manager to ensure day 1 flawless execution of shopper marketing plans
  • Identify data source and tracking requirements to enable meaningful on-time analysis and support for effective execution decision making
  • Alignment of all 3rd Party Databases to Simba Customer Database
  • Provide expert support on data sources and knowledge of business deployment of POS in the Market place i.e. knowledge management for the department
  • Business Processes & Deliverables
  • Support NPD launches and Shopper Initiatives through the
  • o Consolidation of NAM agreements on POS and Space Agreements;
  • o Consolidation of Shopper Marketing initiatives and asks;
  • o Communicate and include ALL agreements, initiatives and asks through the Channel Execution Blueprint compliance
  • Lead and Manage POS requirements
  1. Ordering, Stock On Hand ,Tracking and Feedback
  2. Training on POS erection
  3. Generic, Shopper and NPD POS execution and follow up where execution timelines non-compliant with action plan to remedy
  • Prepare & Execute weekly and/or monthly Instore Execution Scorecards
  1. o Strike Rate by store by DC by channel and by brand (where applicable)
  2. o Highlight non-compliance and drive a 48 hour turnaround feedback

  • Compiling of multiple set of excel data into a consolidated report
  • Understanding of the POS distribution chain from manufacturer to store (will be advantage)
  • 3 yr commerce related tertiary qualification
