Role Summary:

The Associate Analyst, Sustainability Reporting, will support efforts related to further integrating Sustainability principles, thinking, and standards into core business processes globally and coordinating with Sectors to include global sustainability priorities in their agenda. This will include driving improvements and supporting evolution of our internal resource conservation programs and our internal sustainability website, communicating change management of processes, as well supporting progress tracking of the sustainability agenda. This role will also support and execute elements of the sustainability governance and reporting processes needed to ensure accurate and credible reporting. In addition, this role will be accountable for office management and broad program management support, including tracking the office budget and project managing vendor contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budget tracking by working with team members on project spend, ensure appropriate resource allocation, & support period financial forecasting process
  • Lead execution of data certification tracking in support of sustainability reporting
  • Support implementation of communications strategy and global engagement work for governance processes
  • Support efforts to evolve global resource conservation programs and training
  • Support integration of new businesses post-acquisition into PepsiCo Sustainability data systems and program areas
  • Assist in deploying change management tools to support the implementation of new process and programs being launched by the Office of Sustainability
  • Assist in coordination with Corporate Control and Legal in sustainability reporting review process
  • Maintain and advance utilization of digital platform (Workiva) for data certification and reporting review
  • Support leadership asks including research on competitors’ sustainability agendas, development of presentations to key internal audiences, and additional requests
  • Coordinate project management processes including new vendor set-up, service agreements, statements of work, purchase orders & goods received
  • Manage internal sustainability website and support development strategy of website’s use
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners and data analysts across the company globally

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in sustainability, finance or a related field
  • 1-2 years’ experience working on a similar agenda is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Familiarity with PepsiCo tools – My Contracts, SAP and R&D’s Global Requisition Tool are beneficial
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in food and beverage company a plus
