Job Description

  • Lead accurate and timely demand forecast for beverage portfolio, including responsibility for the end-to-end forecasting process.
  • Demand Consensus which builds to a one-number plan and the integration of the DP process into the entire organization
  • Responsible for developing and ensuring the accuracy of the Pepsico Beverage Turkey short term Demand, including delivery of the overall forecast accuracy
  • Complete “root cause” analysis to ensure ongoing Demand Planning improvements, including the review and analyses of statistical data, graphs and charts,
  • Responsible for the appropriate tracking, monitoring and cleansing of forecast, including reporting at various levels of detail,
  • Facilitate weekly planning forecast calls & meetings and update forecast as necessary to gather market intelligence relative to Customer activities for assigned portfolio (Promotions & Calendar events & New Products),
  • Link with Marketing / Finance/KAM's and Supply Chain responsibles on the phase in - phase out of New & Discountinued products.
  • Have a deep, specialist expertise and knowledge of the required Business Processes and how they interact with upstream/downstream business processes,
  • Lead beverage demand planning team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University graduate
  • Beverage/Food manufacturing or Fast moving consumer goods sector experience would be a distinct advantage
  • At least 8 years experience in demand planning & supply planning
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Integrated Planning Literacy (JDA, APO, IP etc) would be a significant Asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Functional understanding of Demand planning performance metrics and the drivers of fast moving consumer goods industry
  • A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
  • Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships
  • Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and link metrics with business result
