Purpose of the role:

The primary focus of this role is to support Comanufacturing team’s planning, forecasting and reporting processes by ensuring these are delivered on time and are reported throughout the systems consistently. As a Finance/Systems Assistant Analyst you will be responsible for data accuracy and data management, as well as for reporting from the TM1 system. You’ll be the first point of contact for producing ad-hoc analysis across multiple markets and for rolling up the data for all consolidated reporting. This role gives you a possibility for technical development and for holding a key-user role of finance systems within the team.

Main accountabilities:

  • Administration of internal planning system (TM1)
  • Work with Mosaic team on the next stages of development and standardization of the TM1 system
  • Manage data integrity throughout different reporting systems and planning cycles to reflect accurate and timely submissions
  • Become a key point of contact providing expertise & technical support for all systems used in Coman team
  • Build master templates for Coman team
  • Deliver 100% alignment of financials across systems ensuring the right controls are managed and in place
  • Drive system change initiatives to facilitate adoption of business needs along with new ways of working
  • Ensure timely and smooth planning/forecasting processes throughout the year: PepsiCo Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Key Forecast Reviews, Month/Year End Close and Monthly Forecasts, including production of consolidated reporting tailored to the needs of the different stakeholder groups (i.e. E2E leads, coman teams, GP)
  • Support data loading and reports generation striving for simplification and harmonization of process
  • Deliver end user training

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel
  • Preferable knowledge of TM1, Tableau
  • Knowledge of database management principles is an advantage
  • Determination and drive to fully understand current processes embedded in the Coman agenda, and challenge the status quo in order to deliver improvements and share best practice across both Coman and the rest of SC Finance
  • Project experience / working in a change environment is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Attention to detail
  • Facility to manage and influence a very diverse audience (of senior and geographical individuals): ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and cross functionally, verbally and in written
  • Team working skills along with ability to operate autonomously and proactively, managing multiple deliverables at a single time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Previous experience of working in a virtual, remote team would be beneficial
  • Excellent technical skills combined with finance knowledge
  • Good problem solving skills, analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks
