Job Description

  • Manage 3rd party Merchandising
  • Leads a team of representatives, hit-team leaders & auditor developers to drive achievement of all Sales & Merchandising standards as per PepsiCo requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring that these standards are implemented accordingly across his area. He interfaces with store key decision makers to resolve issues and provide selling solutions that deliver Volume, Profit & Share Growth
  • Liaise with Regional Sales Manager to agree and prioritise targets
  • Execute agreed outlet coverage and priorities in-call
  • Monitor, analyse and report on performance – integrate key learnings into future plans
  • Deliver specific distribution, pricing, promotion and merchandising objectives in line with POP vision
  • Execute specific “push” and “pull” initiatives as directed
  • Identify and achieve new placement opportunities
  • Sales Admin / Telesales liaison to ensure smooth outlet management
  • Completion of all planning and administration for area of responsibility
  • Liaison with POP contractors
  • Train, develop, motivate, direct Sales Team
  • Control of POP

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent industry experience and accreditation
  • Financial acumen
  • Computer literacy
Job related Requirements:
  • 5-7yrs selling exp (retail/FMCG)
  • 2-3 Years Management Experience
