Job Description

  • Gatekeeper of annul trade calendars managing right balance between Push/Pull (Promo vs. Marketing Activity investments), identifying gaps and propose corrective actions to deliver short term objectives for vol/ NR/ NOPBT
  • Key stakeholder in DS&C ISOP;
  • Owner of ROI assessment for execution and post evaluation,
  • Lead RM Trade Spend Productivity agenda in East Balkans (40MM budget), ensures on time and quality competitive intelligence and reporting on Trade Spend
  • Key stakeholder in providing assumptions for Top Line AOP/PSP build up (D&A), partner with Senior Sales, FP&A and RM Strategy teams in building monthly, quarterly, annual D&A plans
  • Process lead for Trade Information/Systems process flows (SAP, Promo tool, interface with distributors, contract tools)
  • Key stakeholder in proposing strategic choices for investments
  • Approval holder limit for On Premise Agreements
  • Approval holder to Trade Spend investments according SoA

Qualifications/Requirements

Strong leadership skills
Solid Business understanding
Revenue management framework understanding
Trade marketing exposure would be an advantage
Strong communication skills, able to drive performance and coordinate cross functional teams
Result oriented and “can do” attitude
Good analytical capability
Strong English abilities
University degree and 5-10 years business experience preferably in Trade Marketing, revenue management, Insights, Commercial Finance
