Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
(Day-to-day activities, regular duties and responsibilities that comprise the basic accountabilities for a position.)

Perform Certifier duties as described below for Miami, FL facility.

  • Certify pallets in voice-pick after they are picked
  • Communicate all inventory variances daily to management
  • Assist with loading pallets onto bay trucks as needed
  • Work with gate team, yard jockey and dock leads to ensure Out of Stock trailers are offloaded in a timely manner
  • Ensure product hold procedures are followed daily per company guidelines
  • Support Check out Process
  • Ensures NIS system is updated and complete
  • Transport Unloading and Warehouse Stocking
  • Utilize Voice-pick for performance tracking, stock outs, and communicate with loaders
  • WIP Tracking, warehouse improvement program, track employee productivity
  • All other tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Weekend counting is required for Period Close, Saturday and Sunday


  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Able to define and articulate plans and scope; schedule, set goals, determine priorities and meet target dates
  • Ability to get along with all groups of people to drive results
  • Ability to facilitate job requirements between all departments in a professional manner
  • Night Shift and be able to work rotating shifts when needed
