Collaborates with Global Release Planning function to align on and slot global initiatives onto sector release calendars
Operationalize Global Capabilities and Processes in AMENA
Actively engage with AMENA Sector functional leads to ensure Release management processes are followed.
Conduct timely stage gates for ensuring timely health check of Release and associated projects
Actively communicate any risks associated with Landscape availability and align with impacted stakeholders with alternates; resolve potential conflicts
Ensures adherence to Governance & Compliance (local and global policies, processes and procedures)
Represent AMENA in Global forums and provide inputs towards key decisions
Can work independently with minimal guidance across time-zones
Bachelor’s degree required advanced degree or equivalent experience required
Proficient in written & spoken English
Good understanding of PepsiCo IT processes, Project management principles and tools
Demonstrated ability to plan and work across multiple IT Applications, landscapes and follow Release concepts
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Nice to have experience:
Nice to have working understanding of ChaRM, SOLMAN, etc.
