For our team in Neu-Isenburg (Frankfurt) we are looking for a

Head of Demand Acceleration (m/w/d)

  • Lead the newly created Demand Acceleration Team consisting of three sub teams (Category Management, Insights and Perfect Store) and drive the overall agenda into one direction
  • Develop, align and execute the Joint Value Creation agenda with strategic growth customers (internally and externally) in close alignment with Key Account Management and Category Management
  • Lead the external Category Management agenda based on co-created category visions in close alignment with Category Leads and build up separate collaboration stream with head buyers and category management functions at strategic retailers
  • Co-Lead the Insights agenda for shopper and retailer insights and set-up individual researches to offer unique insights to our strategic growth retailers
  • Create a „Perfect Store“ Team that builds the glue between Customer and Category team by aligning interests and creating a collaborative atmosphere
  • Bring to life, lead and further develop “Perfect Store KPIs” to ensure that total company thinks in POS execution
  • Support the Sales Director for key meetings with external T2T and internal international key stakeholder visits
  • Develop and lead internal side of strategic sales initiatives that are relevant across key customers (e.g. Folding, ACP planning, Gap-Filling, etc.)


Your Profile:

  • Strong commercial career background with leadership experience, preferably in international matrix organizations
  • Experience in customer facing Sales roles, Category Management, Marketing or Trade Marketing preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to network externally and internally
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Visionary leadership style
  • Extensive experience in selling, working and aligning with retailers
  • Comfortable with dealing and balancing different stakeholders and interests
