Job Description

Accountability:
Position is to manage day to day receipt of cash and checks from customer sales rep, prepare bank deposit and update cashiering system.

Technical Skills:
- Provide dedicated cashiering support in a professional, confidential and organized manner
- Ability to verify CR deposits and prepare consolidated bank deposit on a daily basis
- Update cashiering system by CR and customer specific information
- Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
- Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism on a daily basis
- Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
- Ability to track DR over/short amounts in excel and communication issues back to CR or sales manager
- Administer specific applications/time bound processes to include specific ERT, ESC and excel

Qualifications/Requirements

- 1+ years' experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
- Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel
- Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice
