Job Description

Commercialization manager is responsible for the project management and flawless execution of innovation & commercial change projects. The scope is covering Dairy categories (TD as a main focus).
Key accountabilities:

  • Leads innovation and commercial change project management from idea to final execution for Breakthrough, Reframe & Refresh for Russia BU (project teams; timeline; cost of change control; cross-functional management; risk control & trade-offs) to deliver Category AOP & SBP target on NR from innovation and ensures projects flawless execution and compliance to Commercialization project management standards
  • Leads innovation and commercial change project management from idea to G3 for BUCCA region
  • Chair multidisciplinary project meetings to align project scope decisions between relevant stakeholders and follow up execution
  • Actively team up with BUCCA Commercialization to ensure proper BU infeed and secure handover prior execution
  • Primary contact between Commercial team and Supply chain, Purchasing and other central functions, for owned projects
  • Drive issue resolution together with Prime Mover to ensure all key milestones are delivered against and overall project risk is reduced
  • Effectively manage projects through the Stage Gate process using Accolade software
  • Leads and executes projects readiness reporting (Ready-Steady-Go, dockets) to ensure key projects transparency for the Company top-management and proactively manages projects’ issues and risks. Ensures processes & documentation compliance while tracking and reporting innovation executional risk.
  • Supports Commercialization Capability agenda via contributing into development & leading roll-out of new tools / standards / processes.


Proven results & critical experiences required in a significant number of the following areas :

  • Very strong commercial project leadership skills and background experience in project management
  • Ability to drive change within a fast-paced X-functional, matrix organization
  • High level of business acumen ~ must be commercially savvy & financially astute

Prior experience in commercial project management (at least 5 years);
English – at least Upper-intermediate
