Job Description

Work as member of PBNA Fleet to administer the function of our current licensing contract and to provide the liaison work between the field, the contract, and the Sector.

  • Ensure all functions of licensing are timely to include titling, registrations, insurance, taxes, and retiring assets = this will include making decisions, being informed, and providing consultation
  • Conduct audits on our current contractor licensing agency = this will include making decisions, being informed, and providing consultation
  • Provide liaison work between our contracted licensing function and Pepsi = Making Decisions and being Informed
  • Work closely with fixed assets to match data bases = Providing Consultation
  • Resolve any vendor or customer inquiries = being informed, and providing consultation
  • Conduct reconciliations and statement reviews and resolve any discrepancies = Being informed
  • Proactive tracking and customer alerts for known anticipated c Being Informed
  • Assist in developing and delivering department reports and scorecards = Being Informed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Manage communications through phone, email, fax, mail, etc.
  • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage fleet data base systems and tools
  • Strong passion for customer service and fleet excellence
  • Ability to learn and update multiple accounts payable systems
  • Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers
  • Able to assist with account management duties
  • Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
