This position can be located in Virginia Market West - including Roanoke, Lynchburg, Danville, Wytheville, and Johnson City TN. Candidates must be local to one of these locations.

  • This position will manage day-to-day sales administrative accountabilities to dedicated areas of expertise and provide leadership to Market Administrative Team
  • Market and location administrative tasks as assigned
  • Travel to different locations is required between 20 to 40% of the time as needed
Technical Skills:
  • Support Market Staff & Administrative team driving business results and Control & Compliance standards
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate business performance results against planned Market targets
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and act as a liaison to identify and remedy issues
  • Deliver timely and insightful analysis of monthly results to Market Staff
  • Provide strong oversight and analysis into key financial strategies and initiatives to ensure participation and compliance
  • Manage staff calendars, vacation schedules, and backfill coverage
  • Establish measurable Objective and Development Action plans for the administrative team
  • Provide administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
  • Assist in direction to location administrative team on daily tasks
  • Provide training to the administrative team as needed
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential materials daily
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure

  • 2 + years of previous leadership experience managing direct reports in multiple locations
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Excel
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, Strong sense of urgency
  • Analytical ability to summarize data, develop recommendations and implement solutions
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills
  • Experience in leading project rollouts
  • Requires attention to detail and creative thinking and problem-solving skills
