Job Description

  • Lead current innovation platforms and develop new ones to provide sustainable dairy business growth

  • Lead cross-category (traditional dairy / modern dairy / children food) dairy innovation projects which includes:

    • consumer needs understanding, dreaming up initial concepts, validating ideas

    • creating and selling inside business-case to get its approval;

    • product development and design;

    • cross-functional team management;

    • compiling customer and consumer selling stories

  • Lead development of cross-category CAPEX projects for innovations including:

    • Project justification preparation (volumes, assortment, marketing background and strategic rational, capital appropriation request writing);

    • Cross functional team collaboration to deliver CAPEX approval according to schedule.

    • Project alignment with key stakeholders

  • Contribute to dairy portfolio strategy development including innovation strategy, innovation pipeline

  • Contribute to revenue management process, lead cross-functional SLAM teams on

  • Contribute to cross-dairy CAPEX-agenda

  • Identify growth territories based on state of the business, competitive environment, emerging trends, consumer need states and market structure

Qualifications/Requirements

Education/Certifications:

• Minimum Qualification: University degree, preferred: marketing, economics

Work Experience:
  • Experience in Brand management, NPD , project management (FMCG) no less than 5 years;
  • Experience in strategic marketing planning
  • Prior Marketing Innovation experience within consumer packaged goods;
  • Preferred: experience in CAPEX projects management
  • Preferred: experience in net revenue management
Requirements:
  • Marketing and financial literacy, truly consumer oriented approach;
  • Strong success record in product/ brand management across all 4 Ps;
  • Strategic sighted
  • Business and project case orientation. An innovation manager should be able to work with a brief list of assumptions to build the basic of an innovative business case. Strong project management skills are essential.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment;
  • Combination of strong analytical/synthetical skills, out of the box thinking and problem solving skills
  • Be able to drive multi-project agenda and work in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Mature, open minded and curious
  • “Can do” approach: see opportunities everywhere, obstacles are just a trigger for change
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • English: written and verbal advanced
