Transformation Sr. Analyst

The Role:
This Analyst role will part of the Transformation and GTM – Tech Team. This person will lead the Precision Ordering Program and EDI business applications for specific customers. In addition, this person will collaborate with other PFC Team members and customers and develop and deliver digital solutions which improve customer digital collaboration and efficiency.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Support the design, development and enhancement of the Future Precision Ordering solution for specific customers through project management, customer engagement, and cross functional collaboration
  • Maintain and improve the precision ordering business solutions using reports, scorecards and dashboards
  • Perform various analyses to provide strategic insights that improve the customers’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and key customers to ensure that the precision ordering solution is meeting PFC customer needs for DSD in-store execution
  • Partner with the US GTM team to gain alignment on new initiatives and to ensure precision DSD tools are developed and delivered to the PFC business customer
  • Deploy the Precision Ordering solution to the field successfully using Change Management techniques, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication/Training plan, Training materials, and Deployment plans
  • Provide full sustainment/baseline support to PFC Field end-users to drive issue resolution, skill building, and enhancement requests. Communicate results back to the Field in a clear, concise, and timely manner


Who’s a good fit for the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of SQL, C# or some other programming language
  • Strong Data Analytical skills & ability to learn tech tools quickly
  • Ability to take Initiative
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration skills
  • People leadership, change management experience
  • PFC business and systems knowledge is a plus
  • 25% Travel (US & Canada)
  • Home base location: Mississauga
