Job Description

As an innovative company, PepsiCo Turkey invested on 2 disruptive digital product; Kazandirio mobile app, digitalasing the conventional promo ecosystem & Dükkan Senin digital loyalty platform for Traditional Trade customers. The Digital Product Manager will help to deliver profitable growth through Kazandirio mobile app and Dükkan Senin digital loyalty platform, managing the full lifecycle product management with a data-driven approach and improving products’ performance.

Lead digital product management within the BU’s transformation agenda,
Responsible for the full life cycle product management of "Kazandirio" and "Dukkan Senin" digital platforms in coordination with the business owners,
Convert business needs into development agenda. Own, order, prioritize and communicate the Product Backlog,
Develop a deep understanding of consumer/customer behavior data over the platforms with a full funnel KPI framework & work collaboratively with Data Analyst to create actionable plans and find new opportunities,
Lead all growth marketing activities for user acquisition – activation – retention phases, orchestrating all digital touch points,
Run growth experiments over a hypothesis pool; A/B & multivariate testing (both functional & UX),
Support brand management activities and follow up campaigns effects to products’ performance & KPI’s,
Support community management aspects over social media channels & store reviews coordinating with consumer relations team,
Lead the evaluation of new UX/UI trends & digital product management field and become a trusted advisor in the organisation in related field.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University degree
  • 7+ years proven experience and a track record in digital product management within a B2C or B2B environment (preferably retail or ecommerce)
  • Deep knowledge in digital technologies, UX, conversion optimization and app marketing
  • Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment. Preferably hands-on experience with agile development
  • Analytical skills – create robust analysis over digital platform’s data and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • High leadership capacity to influence others. Ensure teamwork within an alignment culture and build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Cross-cultural abilities - able to understand different stakeholders needs, develop aligned plans in environments of diversity and uncertainty and work with a positive “make it happen” attitude
  • Proactive approach - drive incremental profitable growth whilst taking others with you
  • Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus, keen interest in brand engagement platforms, digital business models and new technology advances
  • Strong track record of over delivery against commercial targets
  • Collaborative and honest – work with integrity as a valuable member of the virtual European digital team, sharing best practise and building on others work to drive synergy, agility and pace of change across the sector
