Main Purpose :

  • Key account management for Pepsico – Jubilant Foodworks partnership (Domino’s & others)

Accountabilities :
  • Planning & Delivery of Annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) with the customer – Drive Annual beverage revenue, volume targets, beverage attachment targets in Domino’s dine-in & delivery channel
  • Liaise with customer team, Pepsico bottler and internal Pepsico marketing team for execution of joint marketing & promotion calendar agreed in JBP
  • Build & execute wiring template across all functions
  • Anchor Top to Top meetings & quarterly/monthly business reviews with the customer
  • TOT -Terms of Trade compliance & governance as per beverage contract with the customer and high-quality execution of Pepsico visibility across touchpoints
  • Drive Pepsi fountain machine transition & installation across 100% Domino’s restaurants & all-new restaurants
  • Discover customer needs & organize insights led strategic plans for mutual beverage growth with the customer
  • Collaborate with Pepsico’s global Key accounts team to lift and adapt best practices from other markets in Domino’s India


  • 4-6 years of National Key account management experience including On Premise/Foodservice/Out of home channel
  • Strong negotiation& influencing skills; Strong inter-personal skills, ability to form relationships quickly
  • Ability to work across hierarchies internally and externally. Role requires senior leadership interactions, ownership & self-drive to lead the partnership agenda
  • MBA – Sales & Marketing from premier B school is preferred
  • A stint a customer marketing previously is preferred
The role would require operating out of the customer office in Noida for 3 out of 5 days in a week.
