RPA DEVELOPER

Main Purpose
  • Deliver robotics process automation solutions (implementing RPA bots) to PepsiCo’s LATAM Finance & Controls internal partners as part of PepsiCo LATAM Finance COE initiatives and according to the Global RPA “Citizen Development” framework
  • Clarify and document new process automation requirements and design and implement solutions, as well as support and monitor productive automations supporting and enabling LATAM Finance & Controls processes

Main responsibilities
1. Develop RPAs according to published governance frameworks and standards
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and assess appropriate automation use cases
  • Lead RPA workshops to understand end to end processes while identifying automation risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with process automation
  • Work with business process teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility, translating business requirements into technical designs
2. Provide implementation and post production support to ensure business stability
  • Coordinate and support incident resolution
  • Coordinate and support change request analysis and implementation, including analysis and evaluation of change
  • Control execution and compliance for all activities aligned with time and quality objectives for area of responsibility
3. Work independently but also function well within a team of developers to drive cross functional learning, development and sharing of leading practices
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal partners, both business users and technical resources
  • Participate in reporting automation, optimization, and other projects related to analytics and reporting
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to help develop and implement solutions that are configured as prescribed by LATAM Finance COE standards
4. Contribute to continuous improvement
  • Higher education degree; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics. Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, business or related field
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; ability to work with macros, formulas, big data
  • Experience developing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, excellent analytical skills
  • Substantial experience with software development life cycle and RPA technologies
  • Exposure to RPA platforms preferable UiPath or other platforms such as Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
  • Understanding of Python and Object-oriented languages and scripting
  • Understanding of database query languages
  • Cross-functional business and application knowledge
  • Ability to create proper functional requirements and detail specifications
  • Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively
  • Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management
  • Experience documenting process flows and business requirement

Experience and profile
