Job Description

  • Partner with the Global HR Delivery and Integration Lead to review the HR Shared Services Delivery strategy for the Egypt site: Service Delivery Model, process transition road map, Service Level Agreement definition and service catalog.
  • Partner with Egypt Site Leader: Contribute to the strategy, processes and standards for all HR Service Integration aspects: technology tools, collaboration mechanisms, integration scope, planning sessions, knowledge transfer and governance, to setup and deploy repeatable service integration processes.
  • Lead Egypt Site HR delivery team: Translate the related parts of the HR strategy into operational plans; monitor compliance and initiate corrective/optimizing measures in case of deviations/exceptions.
  • Partner with Global HR Delivery and Integration Lead to build and set up a fully operational HR shared service organization in Egypt within overall project timeline and goals.
  • Ensure that the site set up supports the Global Business Services business case assumptions and deliverables.
  • Mitigate key risks during integrations: Ensure local mitigation actions are identified, tracked and executed with the right escalation and support model.
  • Accountable for successful integration and transition of new HR services based on the process transition plans and meeting all defined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators as per the road-map.
  • Ensure that Egypt site work process and services are integrated with a focus on continuous improvement, optimization and productivity approach.
  • Periodically review the efficiency of delivery processes of the site and contribute to the development of global policies, procedures and processes based on process learning and feedback.
  • Drive HR process synergy across sector and HR COEs to optimize and cultivate HR innovation and effectiveness.
  • Responsible to develop and drive local business continuity plans.
  • Proactively apply organizational diagnostic expertise to analyze and identify potential design improvements, providing change management support and appropriate communications to prepare implementation of new services/processes.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders across PepsiCo and the Global HR Service Delivery Lead to drive respective initiatives and to anticipate future needs and opportunities.
  • Responsible for the leadership, organization, coordination, development and execution of the HR services and delivery teams in Egypt site.
  • Support talent development and exchange across delivery teams to ensure that future organization structure allows to attract and retain the best talent for the future.
  • Active networking and integration with PepsiCo Global Service Centers for best practice sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Drive team spirit, cultural change and foster diversity and inclusion agenda at Egypt site.
  • Manage external associates and vendor relationship, in local scope wherever applicable.
  • Drive periodic cost and efficiency analysis to support productivity objectives, monitor, initiate additional activities if required.
  • Ensure compliance with Egypt legal framework, SOX requirements, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s policies & guidelines.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Minimum 6 years experience in Shared Services, HR Operations, service integration environment is a must.
    • Experience in multi country environment/Matrix organizations, Broad experience in multiple HR disciplines (e.g. Compensation & Benefits, HRBP, Learning, etc.) is preferred.
    • Change management and agility.
    • Leadership Scope and Scale.
    • Must possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and make decisions within short time-frame.
    • Demonstrate track record of string service delivery.
    • Ability to grow a business, Start-ups.
