Job Description

Accountabilities
  • Preparation and timely submission of AOP for the site
  • Work with all cross functional teams to compie AOP on timely basis
  • Work with Procurement on AOP RM/ PM Pricing and analysis of the same
  • Preparation of AOP COGS in BPC
  • Work with PGCS BPC team in resolving issues in AOP COGS
  • Preparation of AOP Deck for the plant
  • Responsible for all COGs related analysis
  • Preparation and timely submission of all Quarterly forecast and LE for the plant with accurate analysis to facilitate the decision making for finance manager
  • Control owner in Planning Area
  • Preparation of FTM COGs for Month closing & COGS analysis
  • Review PTR reported by respective FPR’s and analysing the same for number accuracy
  • Work with Procurement Team on detailed PPV analysis for the month
  • Preparation of Month end Actual pack and ensure timely submissions as per PGCS calendar
  • Data gathering for various reviews like QBR,Monthly Plant Manager meeting deck
  • Resolve all BOM related issues and preparation for Innovation costing
  • Year End costing upload in SAP and all required reconciliaions to ensure accurate standard cost upload
  • Responsible for all adhoc data analysis and reporting to Manager Finance

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum 2-3 Years of Planning & Budgeting Experience with good FMCG should be an ICWA/CA
Sound knowledge of variance analysis,SAP & BPC would be added advantage
