Job Description

Monitor sales and KPI activities and ensure all customer sales related targets and specific account plans are achieved.
Review and present customer and route KPI’s actual/forecast Vs plan to FLSL and RSM.
Review sales performance with Store level management with the view of growing the companies market position and business.
Complete daily tasks timeously and correctly.
Proven strong relationships with all external customers and Buying Groups Regional Managers.
Communicate to and educate all customers in Category Management systems and become the snack category champion within area of operation.
Liaise with external merchandising services to achieve the most effective merchandising practices

Qualifications/Requirements

Tertiary qualification in a business related
Financial acumen
Computer literacy
Code 8 Drivers licence
Appointments to be made in line with Employment Equity Legislation
5-8 yrs selling exp (retail/FMCG)
Computer literate.
Good managerial ,interpersonal, communication &
negotiation skills.
Proven relationships in trade amongst large wholesale customers
Self motivated, confident, & customer focused.
