Job Description

  • Understand PepsiCo’s existing business processes and planning models and translate them into efficiently built Anaplan models
  • Design, configure and build Anaplan application models/multi-dimensional structures (including lists, modules, dashboards, actions and other model settings) to meet business needs
  • Partner with IT for seamless data integration and data migration from Anaplan into PEP’s ERP and Tableau
  • Monitor data flows to and from Pepsico’s ERP systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide hands-on training to end-users on Anaplan models and processes
  • Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2+ year of Anaplan experience building models; strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modelling (Certified Model Builder)
  • 3+ years of financial analysis and modelling experience with widely used planning and analytical multi-dimensional systems such as Cognos, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Business Objects, TM1, etc
  • Expert skills of Excel spreadsheet modelling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts etc.; ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multi-dimensional technologies
  • Strong understanding of data integration
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management and financial modelling abilities
  • Must be a self-starter, change agent, action-driven, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with experience
  • CPG industry experience preferable
