What you’ll be working on:

  • Load Manifesting Accuracy and Preparation CPC pallet form accuracy
  • Load Manifesting Timeliness
  • Direct Sales (Incl. VFS) Billing Administration
  • Direct Sales (Incl. VFS) Invoice Accuracy
  • Inventory entry (Week-end Clerk)
  • File maintenance
  • Daily & Weekly Invoice / POD Reconciliation with Franklin office
  • Timely order adjustment administration for Retail
  • Manufacturing / Warehouse shift Reconciliation
  • Manage shift adjustment issues and ensure compliance to PFC policy
  • Customer Service Team vacation relief as required
  • Ensure shift execution for cut cases reviews and back fill policies and procedures
  • Support customer service issues and enhance relations with Sales customers through support for 24 hour 1-800 number
    Ensure loads are dispatched in the case of any OTR call-offs
  • Provide feedback, communication, data, reports of key performance indicators to improve feedback and focus on business results for shift Resources and WH Technician Teams as required, such as:
  • Other reports as required
  • Pallet data
  • Back fills
