PepsiCo's Human Resources Representatives are responsible for providing daily HR Generalist support in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and training and development to a subset of PepsiCo professionals. Our Human Resource Sr. Representative will provide leadership and functional HR management for PepsiCo Global Template in the Purchase Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish credibility and trust among local management and employees, and serve as the on-site, go-to HR resource for the team
  • Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support PepsiCo vision
  • You will guide leaders and employees regarding company policies, values, HR program administration (benefits, pay and salary) and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are executed consistently across the program
  • You will be responsible for diagnosing organization issues, developing solutions and implementing action plans
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to hire relevant talent and expertise, building the Group’s capabilities as required
  • Support with onboarding of resources (200+), including communication to employees on unique policies and/or requirements (e.g., travel and immigration)
  • Track and manage data/analytics for PGT Game Planning and other PMP processes
  • Partner with PGT Change Management team to leverage a comprehensive communication plan and materials to support key HR project activities
  • Participate in regular meetings with Global PGT HRBPs to share best practices and drive consistency in processes
  • Assist in planning PGT activities and timelines
  • Partner with PGT HR teams to ensure overall alignment with PGT practices within business teams
  • Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Engage with leadership and TM teams on performance management to develop and execute strategies for PGT talent
  • Effectively manage multiple overlapping priorities and work independently
  • Support leaders in improving Organizational Health and driving The PepsiCo Way and culture
  • Provide ongoing HRBP support to PGT team
  • Lead projects within Corporate HR Team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, psychology, or other related field preferred
Work Experience:
  • Experience practising HR in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior Human Resources or Organizational Development experience required
Skills & Capabilities:
  • Understanding of, and some experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; performance management; leadership development; training)
  • Ability to problem-solve and translate concepts into actionable items
  • Previous talent management and succession planning experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Strong expertise in developing solutions and influencing others based upon facts/data analytics
  • Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present their point of view in varied business situations
  • Strong skills in Powerpoint/Excel/Word
