Job Description

As part of the SALES DEVELOPMENT team, the Change and Efficiency Manager is in charge of the new strategy for Independents:

  • Responsible for the GTM project to ensure the success of the OOH Channel
  • Key point-of contact for the IT Project Manager on topics related to the project and the business.
  • Responsible for assigning business resources, helps to manage conflict and issues
  • ​Responsible for the new project of transformation & efficiency for OOH Channel and Independants ensuring smooth collaboration between all teams
  • Manager of 3 people : data analyst L5, digital manager L7, Channel execution manager L7
As the lead of the OOH Change & Efficiency team :
• Supports OOH Sales development for the OOH strategy for 2020-2024 for Independents
• Establish the GTM vision for the next years by organizing, leading, and coordinating the GTM strategic project and works with the ESSA GTM team
• Is responsible for managing the project team members and developing the agenda
• Has a good understanding of the Organization’s goals and objectives
• Creates & communicates a long term vision
• Actively supports the analysis, definition and implementation of Revenue Management strategies and recommendations in OOH
• Collaborates with Insights team to analyze shopper and market data per channel and identify risks and opportunities for growth for Independants
• Defines and builds out tools required to effectively execute growth plans developed (partner with Sales Development Dep’t)
• Implements, tracks and regularly reports out on progress against OOH category growth plans
• Works with National Sales Force Director to confirm and finalize the plans and the tools
• Align with Business Acceleration Team Beverages, Food, Nutrition to ensure OOH transformation objectives are appropriately reflected in their strategies and plans
• Define Field KPIs
• Track KPIs, develop dashboards and reports, shares status and risks/opportunities/mitigating actions for GTM
• Prioritize urgent and impotant tasks for him / her and the teams by balancing short and long term goals
• Ensure a good collaboration with the National Field Director to finalize and confirm final sales of point targeting
  • Communicates to his/her internal customers, partners and sales organization about this project and related impacts on sales organization, process and business capabilities
  • Implements Guiding Principles across roll-out strategy
  • Ensures project delivery compliance.
  • Is in charge of the new team and their missions

As a Leader and People manager:
• Manages and coaches team (Data Analyst, Channel Execution Manager, Digital Manager) to deliver the plan GTM and the target NR for Independants and the new objectives of the team
• Develops team by providing leadership, motivation, resources and support
• Sets good challenges and productive goals for his / her team
• Motivates and inspires team to achieve PepsiCo and OOH targets, while demonstrating our PepsiCo values and culture
• Continuously evolves organizational structure, skills and capabilities to meet changing market and business needs

• Supports OOH Sales development in driving team building within the Sales Department
