Job Description

This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the quality and accuracy of HR data across all platforms and tools (i.e., SAP / Success Factors Employee Central as well as functional platforms such Performance and Development and any other HR global tools). Responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing current and historical HR Systems data to assure its quality and accuracy and report the results to stakeholders. The role will also be responsible for identifying patterns and trends in data sets while working alongside teams within the business (HR Region Leads/ HRBPS / HRAs) or local Talent Management teams to establish corrective actions.

The Data Quality Assoc Manager will also develop and implement procedures to perform ageing of identified data errors for corrections and deliver metrics on data quality while providing insights and helping with recommendations on how to improve the management of data as it flows throughout the landscape (downstream tools and 3rd party vendors). The role requires collaboration with several stakeholders and partners across PepsiCo to identify trends, conduct data comparisons, help create interactive dashboards and highlight insights.


  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources, MBA preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HCM system implementations/HRIT
  • Knowledge of HR processes and organization structure is required
  • Advanced Project Management and strong Excel skills. Must be able to interpret data and have strong analytical skills
  • Experience with building Data quality and QA procedures
  • Experience with data models and reporting packages
  • Knowledge of data, master data and metadata related standards, processes and technology
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and inclination for problem-solving
  • Ability to identify and mitigate data quality issues effectively
  • Create and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders
  • Ability to take discussions and open issues to closure by working with local and remote teams.Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels within the organization and 3rd party implementation partners
  • Strong attention to detail. Passion for solving problems
  • Highly self-motivated and directed -- initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
