Job Description

We are looking for a positive, dynamic and passionate individual to join our exciting, fast paced and multi-cultural team. Whilst working as a local functional expert (based in the Warsaw office) you will also play an important role in collaborating and executing across the wider Central Europe and Greater Balkans & DACH region. Roles & Responsibilities:

Culture & Engagement:
  • Develop and implement C&E strategies to continuously improve the employee engagement and working environment of PepsiCo;
  • Partner with senior leaders to help communicate and embed the company mission, vision and behaviors;
  • Design and/or customize C&E initiatives (organisational health surveys, recognition process, engagement events, ways of working);
  • Lead the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) agenda and support its delivery across the Polish business;
  • Cooperate closely with Europe ‘centre of excellence’ and CEGB & DACH team to ensure deployment of corporate initiatives and tools at the local level;
Internal Communications:
  • Plan & execute all internal communication channels including:
- design, content creation and publication of a quarterly internal magazine
- translation of organisational and business announcements (from English to Polish)
- creation of weekly local news stories to be published on the internal digital news platform
- delivery of quarterly Townhall business briefing events
  • Lead local CSR Activities that promote employee solidarity, relationship building & Employer Branding;
  • Communication of PepsiCo’s compelling employment proposition and build on going external networks (responsible for completing and promoting annual Top Employer accreditation);
  • Cooperate closely with Europe ‘centre of excellence’ and CEGB & DACH team to ensure alignment of core messaging and sharing of best practices;

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Passion for, and experience in developing and implementing Culture, Engagement and Diversity Programmes;
  • Strong communicator with advanced English and Polish verbal and written abilities;
  • Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders;
  • Able to work and lead multiple projects through different phases simultaneously;
  • Proactive sharing of information, best practices, and ideas with others;
  • Exhibits a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges;
  • Collaborates well with others to deliver results, including in a virtual working environment;
  • Ability to travel (approx. 20%);
