About the Role:

The Manager of Transformation Communications is part of our larger PBNA (PepsiCo Beverages North America). It is a multi-faceted role with a unique balance of corporate communications and internal storytelling responsibilities. The individual in this role will support and execute communications plans that enable PBNA teams to achieve business goals and successfully engage with and adopt organizational changes, partnering closely with across the organization within the larger PBNA team, baseline business and functional leaders, Global Template Team, and others.

What you’ll bring:

  • Develop strategic communications plans that will enable PBNA teams to achieve business goals and successfully understand, adopt and champion transformational organizational changes.
  • Partner with, and provide counsel and guidance to, senior program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop dynamic materials and tools to engage senior leaders and teams as change champions.
  • Provide messaging guidance to leaders to drive ownership of message delivery to target internal audiences.
  • Advice on the use of creative storytelling, messaging, multi-media content and a full mix of offline and online channels to drive awareness and engagement, and achieve desired outcomes (e.g. internal websites, video content, town halls, Yammer, PepFeed, leadership letters, newsletters, etc.).
  • Partner with Media Relations to manage communications with external audiences, and protect PepsiCo’s corporate reputation.
  • Partner with Global Communications and Change Management colleagues to ensure PBNA plans are wired and aligned with global strategic plans.
  • Partner with PBNA Internal Communications to rollout plans flawlessly and impactfully.
  • Develop strategic program messages and content (planning, writing, graphics, video) and ensure execution to the highest of standards.
  • Manage portal as an information/document repository.
  • Establish metrics and gain feedback to measure effectiveness and progress against objectives to inform further program optimization.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
  • Minimum 6 years PR/communications experience; corporate communications experience a must.
  • Hands-on experience developing internal communications strategic plans and materials.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
