Roles:
- Drive business and brand value for the Cheetos brand through consumer-centric, creative and data-driven marketing communications and engagement campaigns; develop and launch relevant innovations; and effectively and efficiently manage agencies and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth day to day operations

Accountabilities:
- Partner with platform lead to identify and develop strategic opportunities and directions within the EP space, including product territory and business model (in so far as it differs from NPC)
- Partner with brand lead and insights team to generate business Insights to formulate strategy, as well as to manage brand on a day-to-day basis
- Work closely with cross functional team members to develop and launch new innovations
- Lead development and implementation of consumer engagement and data-driven marketing programs to build brand equity, consumer loyalty and drive sales
- Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver the best creative content efficiently and effectively

Measurements:
- Net revenue
- Gross margin (for new products)
- Share
- Brand equity and health metrics

Work Relationships:
- Partner with insights, media and digital team
- Collaborate with and manage creative, media, design and promotion agencies
- Co-work with Trade Marketing and Sales Department
- Collaborate and influence R&D, Ops, Finance and cross-functional teams on new innovations

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 7 years or above of brand marketing/brand management working experience, preferably in CPG industry
- Strong marketing fundamentals and ability to independently lead brand communication & media campaigns with cross functional teams and external agency partners
- Creative excellence and digital engagement experience
- Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Passionate, self-motivated, and resilient with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- A great team player and coach
