Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Senior Director of TA for PepsiCo’s PBNA and be the Division lead for the West. They will own the relationship with sr leadership in that division and resource their team against annual hiring volume and business needs. This person will lead a team of 2-3 recruiters and help them to staff based on business needs and build on strategic objectives. S/he will serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers, function leaders, HR Business Partners and our client leadership teams on external trends, internal TA processes and associated change management when required. Will also be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting from candidate sourcing/identification and assessment, through offer process/negotiation and pre-boarding. The TA Manager will also own the full lifecycle recruiting for some specific roles and provide staffing oversight and guidance to direct reports when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

•Partner with HR and Function Business Partners across client groups to understand the short and long-term talent strategy and develop and align teams to a Talent Acquisition plan which encompasses internal mobility, external talent acquisition and overall process improvements
•Advise hiring managers and HRBPs on key decisions throughout the staffing process, including candidate profiles, assessment process, offers and process efficiencies and improvements
•Lead team in demonstrating how to interpret internal and external market to drive meaningful insights which influence our clients with their approach to specific requisitions and overall talent strategies
•Partner with HRBPs and HR/TA COE’s to understand current talent and diversity gaps across client groups and develop customized attraction and engagement strategies which drive positive impact to the business
•Oversee and manage the performance of direct reports by leveraging PepsiCo’s annual performance process and tools including annual objective setting, mid and end of year performance reviews and career conversation
•Provide daily support to team with issue escalation/problem solving

Qualifications/Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required, masters preferred
•Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in talent acquisition, including high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing and/or Human Resource experience for professional-level hires
•Prior experience with the leadership and development of direct reports

Preferred Qualifications:

•Must demonstrate Talent Advisor behaviours/competencies, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
•Previous agency or search firm experience and/or prior HR experience where recruiting was a critical component of the work
•Prior experience and proficiency in ATS utilization, LinkedIn Recruiter and other CRM and social media channels which enable both internal mobility and proactive sourcing of passive talent
•Must demonstrate executive presence and examples of strategic influence which led to specific solutions
