Job Description

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Uses expertise, provides insights, consults on solutions and plays active part in enabling value stream leads to successfully deliver and embed change across the project but with specific responsibility in Poland business;
  • Provide inputs to the Change plan for Polish market and deliver the change agenda and on the ground, provide feedback as collected from the market, relevant owners and stakeholders to make appropriate changes;
  • Responsible for completion of Change and Communication related deliverables for Poland;
  • Partners with the UK Communications Analyst to develop and deliver the overall Communications Plan for the project;
  • Acts as internal partner to all Core Project Team and Value Stream Team Leads to advise on the best way to communicate messages in Poland – advising on the right tone, channels and approach and tailoring messaging as needed to maximize engagement across the business;
  • Actively promotes the project and acts as a change champion;
  • Liaises with Poland Senior Leadership and contributes to and presents project related communications as and when required;
  • Partners on other translations into Polish language as and when required;
  • Support the Training Lead and team on engagement activities relating to the training plan to ensure commitment from the business;
  • Maintains governance and tone of voice guidelines as per PepsiCo internal communications channels;

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in the delivery of high-impact communications to help deliver desired business outcomes;
  • Experience of working with senior management to deliver the business change and communications agenda;
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Polish language skills;
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with extensive experience in creating key communications materials (presentations, articles, executive communications, scripts, messaging documents, videos);
  • Educated to degree level;
  • Experience with digital communication / social media channels;
  • Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills and an ability to adapt quickly to changing environments;
  • Strong project management skills;
