Job Description

Brand Building

  • Assist Sr. Marketing Manager in the AOP development and execution
  • Assist Sr. Mktg Mgr in the development and implementation of communication and brand activation plans
  • Lead development, coordination and activation agenda of Pepsi Regional Platforms (Music, Football, meals)
  • Co-lead implementation of Pepsi’s digital strategy alongside CCO partners and local teams
  • Reporting accountabilities: analyze BI (volume, SOM, distribution, prices, etc) and propose business opportunities. Monitoring competitor activities
  • Cooperate with all the team in bottler’s alignment to assure flawless execution
  • Coordinate daily interaction with the advertising agency, in order to develop and implement every communication action/proposal in time
  • Support Sr. Marketing Mgr in the planning and implementation of media strategies through OMD and Media agencies.
  • Ensure synergies and Coorp Comms alignment to best achieve reach of marketing programs across the region.
  • Ensure monthly HQ A&M budget management to ensure targets are met annually
Agency Management
  • Lead daily interaction with agency partners including OMNICOM network partners, Digital agencies, Media agencies and brand activation agencies
  • Responsible for the daily interaction with digital agency.

Research
  • Business analytics: Analysis of Market research information (Nielsen, Kantar, BMS (Brand mind share), Scanntech, etc)
  • Organize and interpret data into information: Analyze hard and soft data to detect relevant information
  • Understand and apply basic research techniques (Nielsen Nitro tool, Ad hoc designs)Brand Building

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Brand management experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Franchise model understanding (a plus)
  • Knowledge and dominance of all marketing drivers (prod development, adv, media, promotions and trade) as well as Digital Platforms/Social Networks (Content Development and Distribution)
  • Fluent English a must
